Peru - Single Origin (Was Elvis Tineo Rafael)

Our Peru - Single Origin was previously known as our Elvis Roast. Unfortunately Elvis' crops didn't harvest as well this past year, so we have changed for a better tasting coffee for this season, with a SCA Scoring of 85.25, it's a pretty awesome coffee!

This lot is a blend of day lots from producers in the district of Huabal. The producers in these areas pick and process their coffee themselves, typically drying it on lined patios. The average farm size is 1.5 hectares. After picking, the coffee is rested for 24 hours before depulping and fermenting for 36 hours, followed by drying for 10 to 15 days.

A single-origin roast, using 100% Arabica Beans from Huabal in Peru.
